World Nursery Rhyme Week have announced their ‘Rhyme a Day Challenge’ songs for this year’s initiative which runs from the 18th – 22nd November. ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’, ‘Row Row Row Your Boat’, ‘Two Little Dickie Birds’, ‘Incy Wincy Spider’ and ‘Down in the Jungle’ have been selected for the event in November. Now in its 7th year, the initiative which is organised by Music Bugs promotes the importance of nursery rhymes in early childhood development and education. Open to Early Years practitioners and parents, all resources are provided free of charge. Further details about the event will be announced in Spring 2019.
