Hello and welcome to Music Bugs Barnsley.

My name is Sophie and I run the classes in Barnsley and surrounding areas. My background is in education and prior to starting my Music Bugs journey I was a Primary School Teacher for 9 years.

At Music Bugs we provide a multi-sensory, stimulating environment for you and your little ones and we sing a wide variety of nursery rhymes, counting songs, knee bouncers, silly songs and action songs using a selection of percussion instruments and sensory props.

Music Bugs will help to enhance and develop your child’s use and understanding of language and communication, numeracy, fine and gross motor skills and encourage them to socialise, gain confidence and make friends.
